Thank you for your trust. At NEIMASITAWI, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from NEIMASITAWI online. 

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us provided: 

• it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and/or stickers still attached; 

• it is not missing any accessories or parts;

• it has not been personalised or adapted

Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour provided it is available. If such variation is not available, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within the week.

STEP ONE:

Send your refund request via this CONTACT form within 7 days of receiving the product.  Please include your name, email and banking details for a refund.

STEP TWO:

For customers in the EU, we can arrange a courier to collect your goods. Please include your pick up address, phone number and availability in the contact form.  This service is free of charge in Europe.   

For customers outside of the EU, please deliver to NEIMASITAWI Lifestyle, 37 Boulevard Malesherbs 2eme etage. 75008 Paris, France.  Please note, this is not a shop. We will refund 50% of your shipping costs with your refund.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. Once we have done so we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 2 days of receiving the items. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, worn, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
